November 2014 saw Jens Pelikan & Friends begin tackling that year’s biggest project when it pitched along with five other well-known national and international competitors to stage a major conference for 5,000 employees of the Hamburger Sparkasse – Haspa – set for the following June. The successful pitch resulted in Jens Pelikan & Friends being tasked with ensuring the detailed staging and commercial success of the entire event.

Seven months later the bank presented its new brand strategy between 11 in the morning and 11 at night at halls extending over 23,000 square meters at Hamburg’s exhibition center.

Jens Pelikan & Friends worked with Haspa to develop a series of content and presentation modules designed to guide and motivate staff on the bank’s new thinking, and also produced concepts for films on branding and aspects of the bank’s history which were used in the presentations. Jens Pelikan & Friends planned and implemented every aspect of the event to the last detail, including staff workshops, management briefings, detailed running schedules, catering, budget monitoring and managing post-production elements.
